I,Harsh Mittal(from Muzaffarnagar,U.P.), got the FTTH service of Airtel xtream fiber on 15th of september, paid on advance basis on 9th of september (for 100 Mbps connection) a total amount of 2829 along with a installation fees of 1000(which was mentioned on website but not added in billing amount) totaling to ₹3829.
Now on 1st october, i got to know that installation amount of ₹1000 is removed from today.
We just need to pay for the plan we have choose.This is clearly CHEATING with me as consumer as I got the service activated just 15 days before today and it’s my right to get extra benefits in this case.
ALSO, when today I called customer care they told me that they were not aware about the change and when I told them to transfer the call to customer relationship manager, they disconnected the call and it’s a disrespect for a consumer and I need serious action on this behaviour.
