Text of Complaint by Sudhansh Khatri:

So I went to the nearby airtel store because I wanted to switch from my Vodafone service to airtel service. They asked me to come after one week. So I came after one week. Then they say that they have to cancel my PORT number first and then they would be able to switch the service providers. But before all this, they asked for 500 rupees for my prepaid plan. So I came again after one week and the guy who I talked to was not there. So I talked to the head person at the store, and she asked me to come again the next day. So I came again the next day. Then she told me that we cannot fix your problem yet, and I would be needed to come again the next day. I got so frustrated and asked them to call me when the process could actually be started. I took her phone number as well. Its been 3 days, and I still have not gotten a call. I tried to call the phone number I was given and no one is picking up. It is so frustrating, and I don’t know how a company such as Airtel could be so irresponsible.
