Dear Sir ,
We had taken an airtel broadband connection. In which we had already told our requirements to the sales person Mr. Jagdish, that we need a static ip. Static IP is free in B2B connection. And they entered our segment wrongly and entered B2C. In which (199 + 18%) tax has to be paid to get a static IP. We also sent them many mails that we need static ip. So this reply came from their side that your connection is B2C, so sir thing to note is that when we have given only company’s GST certificate in ID proof then connection should have been B2B only. Because no other ID proof was given to airtel by me other than this. Then why should our company pay 199+ tax to them to get static IP free. Every time the failures are done by Airtel and the company will bear the brunt of it. I have also taken this new connection on 06-10-2022. And even before this old connection was also disconnected due to the fault of airtel itself, in that also airtel registered our mail id (jasal@bajasons.com) wrong. Whereas our domain name is bajajsons.com, whenever I used to make a request. So it would have denied that request. Because they said that you send request mail from jasal@bajasons.com. But you tell me that when my domain is bajajsons.com, then how can i mail from bajasons.com. We got this old connection disconnected with difficulty. Now in the new connection also he has made segment B2C. And their customer representatives are so useless. Instead of giving solution to the problem. Telling us that you have got many subscriptions (netflix, amazon prime, airtel xtreme) in B2C, you should enjoy them. They should be asked whether employees come to work in the enterprise or to watch movies? I request you to get us out of this situation. And put our connection in the B2B segment. Static IP is available free in B2B.
