Our tatasky Id 1018511814. We have recharged Feb month with 722 RS on 21 Feb, suddenly telecasting of channels stopped today means 25 the Feb, without any proper intimation before, or any proper guide line how to continue the old Bal with new plan how can you stop telecasting the channels. It has taken 30 mints to connect to your tatasky representative when we called to ur helpline 18601206633 how much time does a customer should wait to talk with the representative does it take 30 minutes time it is not horrible. There is no Tata sky office guntur, in arundelpet it’s there it’s being closed many days before how could be we come to about the plan nd how to change the plan. It’s very disgusting to be more than half an hour in the line to talk with our representative. Please make mind over it and help us . According to your representative guide lines I have gone through to change the current plan but still channels are not being telecasted. Please check it once.
