- Due to not working of airtel network I contacted the customer service centre of airtel and they suggested me to bring the ID proof for issuing new SIM.
- As i became a subscriber of airtel before marriage my name in ID proof registered with airtel is different with the ID proof what I have after marriage i.e. difference in SUR NAME.
- The airtel customer service is informed me that the name is different, so they are unable to complete the process and suggested me to get new sim with new number.
- Since my bank account, aadhar, voter ID and driving licenses all are linked with that number… so i need that number as early as possible…
