Text of Complaint by pavan kalyan:

 

  1. Due to not working of airtel network I contacted the customer service centre of airtel and they suggested me to bring the ID proof for issuing new SIM.
  2. As i became a subscriber of airtel before marriage my name in ID proof registered with airtel is different with the ID proof what I have after marriage i.e. difference in SUR NAME.
  3. The airtel customer service is informed me that the name is different, so they are unable to complete the process and suggested me to get new sim with new number.
  4. Since my bank account, aadhar, voter ID and driving licenses all are linked with that number… so i need that number as early as possible…
