On 7th Feb 2020 I went to airtel office at North Usman ROAD,T Nagar, Chennai for change from Vodafone to Airtel post paid. I have raised port request and my UPC no is VT 411987. Till now my Vodafone service is not disconnected and Airtel office also not responding properly. Pl take immediate steps to resolve.
