Hi, i had booked a seat on Fasial Movers for Multan to Lahore Route,
Route Time: 4.40 AM
I was called and informed that route time has been changed to 04.20 AM and i agreed to that. Reached terminal and boarded on bus and later after start of journey i was being told that it will travel via GT road instead of Motorway its original route and travel time will elapsed to 6 Hours Journey instead of 4 Hrs. If they had told me earlier about the route change, i could have made other decision. I had an appointment at 09.30 and 2hr difference is not acceptable for me. I have talked with Bus Staff but they rudely said that its not our fault, we were instructed for the same, you may call the helpline or ask the managing staff. But my concern was only the information has to be declared before departure. I had to travel purposeless
