Dear Sir,
There were some flickering in my TV so I requested a visit from Tata Sky Customer Service Cell. I have 3 TataSky Settop boxes running in 3 rooms. Out of 3, 2 settop boxes were working find and 1 was flickering so I complained.
One technician visited named Sagar (Mobile No. 09625129356) and said that There is some problem in Receiver. I told him that if receiver has a problem, all 3 settop boxes is cause problem but the problem is there with 1 settop box only.
He repeated said no there is a problem with receiver. He changed it and said give it a try if this does not work, I will come in evening and will see what else problem is there.
MY PROBLEM OF “FLICKERING” WAS STILL THERE AND IT WAS NOT SOLVED. He never came back and closed the complaint. Rs. 500 Dedcuted from my Tatasky account without telling me.
I complained again on Tatasky customer care cell and the sent another technican Mr. Javed (Mobil: 07500061418). He said, problem is with the SetTopBox. It is now old.
I told him about the Ist story and i asked him to check wheater the old receiver is working or not. He said the Old Receiver is working fine. I asked him to put the old receiver back and took out the new from the the DISH.
for set top box, another 400 Rs. dedcuted from Tatasky account. I asked him to take back the receiver and return Rs. 500 and he said that i need to speak to the TataSky Customer Care.
The customer care after 3 repeated calls and followup said that the Receiver can not be returned. Why should i buy an item if it was correct and functing well. I want the refund of Rs. 500/-
IT is solely cheating and eating customers money without his approval even.
