Text of Complaint by Murlidhar Khatri:

Visited Airtel App, there is no option of change of plan, or upgrade of plan or get refund of unused period in the existing plan. This is not acceptable that I do not even get a chance to upgrade the plan or change the plan by paying difference amount neither there is any option to get the balance money refunded for unused period. Currently I have been holding 5 connections if this is not possible I would not like to continue with Airtel any more.
