My prepaid connection on number 8009777705 has been converted to a postpaid connection without my sanction , the customer service provider called me for the same and i refused atleast 3 times even then they have switched the connection to postpaid and now i have received a bill of rupees 111+ which for sure is beyond my budget as i am a student what should i do now i have had my recharge done for next 6 months that is untill june 2021, that got wasted and now this bill , i want justice for this kindly help me with this .
