My plan On 9849723477 was changed from 649 infinity to 999 recently. I have not changed the plan but airtel claims that I had changed it through airtel app. Inspite of denying the false claims made by airtel and requesting them to revert my original plan of 649, they are shamelessly denying my requests by blaming it on me.
This is their fraudulent ways of binding customers to a contract where the customer cannot port or leave the service provider. As per new rules of the 999 plan.
Kindly take cognisance and required action towards airtel for such malpractices and fraud.
