I have done many mail to airtel care and give done many call regarding change of plan but no response from airtel company I am trying to change my plan since last 4 month but it’s not possible what to do now , I am not able to change plan even by airtel thanks app , when I call to customer care they say wait for 4 working hour will call back you and plan will be changed but eve after that that don’t call us and I am forced to pay the bill amount of Rs-1250/- every month I need lower plan they are not doing this .
