I have requested multiple times via email and through customer care but request is still not tackled.
I want to add 8800100798 to the Family plan of 8800100322.
Why this request is not getting tackled? I need the resolution soon.
New bills are getting generated every month. Since the day I changed the plan for 8800100322 I am looking to add 8800100798 to it’s family plan but still not succeeded.
Can’t this be tackled urgently now? Why should I pay extra amount for this number when I can add this to the Family Plan.
