My phone number 9871726677, which I have been using since 2004-2005, was transferred to my last employer, ‘Prius Commercial Projects Pvt. ltd.’ (PCPPL) to enable the payment of bills directly by my last employer in year 2017.
I have moved on from my last employment since November 2018. PCPPL asked me to get the number transferred in my own name, for which they had sent their NOC letter, Copy of my PAN Card, Aadhaar Card to one Airtel Account Manager assigned to PCPPL by name of Yogesh. This guy has has been deffering the submission of application along with these documents since long time and not giving a clear status of the same. For very long, he keeps informing he’s on some holiday or other. The documents have been handed over to him twice with NOC issued in fresh date, but to no avail.
I have been following up with Yogesh for last 75 days, but he’s been dodging it, only giving assurances. I need a senior level attention on this matter.

You must rid of people like Yogesh (98102 66728) else they will take away your loyal customers like me. BTW, I am also using your landline as well as broadband services in personal capacity. If I do not get a speedy solution to it, I may have to resort to consumer court. This is not expected of a large conglomerate like Airtel. No wonder your profits coming down steadily as you stopped caring for customers. I am feeling disgruntled wrting all this in all forums. Something which is so simple, why can’t you resolve it for last 75-80 days.
