Hi team,
I have lost my Airtel SIM, as the handset is stolen.
I went to your Shivaji park store to get the same number because this number i am usking since last 15 years, earlier it was docomo and now it is in Airtel.
The number is on my dad’s ownership and he is no more.
I went with all the documents of my dad and myself along with death certificate.
Your store team is asking me to pay Rs.300 for activation process and plan of Rs.399 in postpaid, which will cost me Rs.470 with GST.
The store manager (Dhinanath yadav) have authenticate the details and they saying i have sent it for L2 to authenticate the same.
I have given him the adhaar card of my dad with death certificate also on my adhaar card the same number is printed (8097601459) and he is saying how i can believe that number belongs to you.
This number is linked with my bank account and everywhere.
Please help me to get the same number on my documents.
