I have ordered for a health checkup in pharmeasy by calling the customer support team on 24th morning and requested for the sample collection for my mother in law who is 62 year old. I got the reports on my mame and the age as 31 years. I have raised a complaint against this and requested them to take necessary action as this is a huge blunder. I myself being doctor got suprised with their behaviour even after calling them multiple times and sending email, there is mo proper response from them. Finally they said its my mistake and I have ordered the test for me. I told them to check the recording on 24th morning when I even spelled my mother in laws name and age in the call while the customer support executive raised the request from my end. This is ridiculous and I need a proper explanation for the same. As this is a huge mistake done by pharmeasy team, I will sue the company if this is taken lite.
