I called Airtel Customer care at 06:41 pm (21-02-2019), I asked costumer about my Unlimited dhamaka pack activated on date of 25/Jan/2019 with recharge of 1199 rupee validity of 12 months (valid till Jan 2019) and inquired that if there will be any change if I add a channel into my current plan (Nick Jr- 447 channel no. – 1 rupee/ month charge).
She said there will be no change in current unlimited dhamaka pack and this channel will be charged from my main account balance.
but when I turned ON my TV and checked my account details every thing changed they activated a monthly pack costing 154.18 rupee and validity till 15/09/2019.
again I called the customer care and reported the matter (07:01 pm 21-02-2019). but they said they can’t reactivate my previous plan.
Now it its my mistake that airtel representative had given me wrong information, why should i suffer this loss. kindly take action against them. and help me.
