I am a consumer of Airtel Post Paid connection . Since March 2020 I am charged for monthly billing plan of 1200 which i didnot opted for. Earlier it was 499/- per month . I tried to reach Airtel customer executive but due not present senario that didnot happen. I tired to change my plan through my airtel app but it didnot work . Here by I requested you to change my plan to 499/- per month .
