Text of Complaint by Debabrata Biswas:

My father is bedridden due to cerebral attack. But the Airtel shop is not helping to change his faulty sim even with documents provided. He cannot physically go to shop. We need his sim to be active for all his affairs. Emailed Airtel customer care but no reply. Please help solve.
