Text of Complaint by Mohammed Yaseen:

I would like to compaint about the bad services and irresponsible service provided by Airtel customer care.

I went to Airtel customer care office located opposite to AVK College road Davanagere Karnataka India.for change of sim card due to non working sim card provided by Airtel recently after porting from Tata docomo.

Even after giving my photograph aadhar card details Airtel and it’s customer services people have not solved the issue by giving a replacement sim card for 5 days..I have faced severe social problems without my contact number .

I hope this will be take up seriously and suitable action can be taken against Airtel.
