This is to convey that I had raised request for change of my Airtel Broad Band Plan on 23.10.21. Details are as under:
Broad band no. – 080100969204_kk
Landline no. – 08041468644
Existing BB plan for – Rs.799/= per month – payable quarterly.
Request for changing the BB plan to – Rs.499/= per month – payable monthly.
REQUEST ORDER ID – 94034413 Dated – 23.10.21
Highly regret to say that after raising the request I was told that the plan change will be reflected in Airtel App within 24 hrs. but still the change is not done. But from 23.10.21 (after around 2 hours of raising the request) the Broad Band speed is reduced to around 45 mbps (as per requested plan change) instead of earlier plan speed of 100 mbps.
I have complained several times about it on your 121 no. since 23.10.21. Every time I am told that my request is in process/escalated and by today’s end it will be resolved, but with no result. Still in the Airtel Thanks App Plan shows as earlier, i.e. Rs.799/month with remarks “one of your request is already in progress”.
Please look into as I am feeling harassed and get the plan changed to Rs 499/month effective my request date of 23.10.21 as well as ensure that I am charged accordingly, i.e. as per Rs.499 plan w.e.f. 23.10.21.
