I have purchased a new Airtel Xstream Fiber A/c No.7041785963 on June 2021 with a deposit amount of Rs.3600/-. I have relocated from my old house to new house but in the same area. I have requested for the change of device from the old address to new address, but there is no proper response from Airtel. But they are ready to give new connection for the changed address with a deposit amount. I have asked for the refund of my old connection but there is no response.
