I went for data card connection to airtel store they explained a plan and I told already enquired for fiber net on airtel they told no network available so it can’t be done. The people in shop explained it will be okay since its hot-spot. I accepted and went for plan they asked for airtel SIM number I am holding I told it’s 3g SIM please give new one for this connection they told just for adding data card. Finally I raised for complaint on network issue while having check my prepaid number changed to postpaid I am shocked and they are making me to wait I explained that I can’t pay 1600 without any use also I want my prepaid connection they are not considering it. If time drags I want to pay for my connection and postpaid also please help me
