I have aircel number 9858189225 before 7 months i have port my number in airtel and the plan of this number is 299 but without intimating me the plan will change and i have pay 500 rs every month according to 499 plan , you have already know in j&k internet services are not working from last 2 years . i have already call in customer care but every month there is no solution can u help me out or i take another action
