I have never used Simpl in my life. Today I booked a OYO room using Simpl but it never asked me to open an account. I booked the room for 5th and 6th of August for 2 guests but when I paid using Simpl it changed to 4th and 5th and that too for 1 guest. I immediately cancelled the booking but now its showing only Rs 250 will be refunded out of Rs 1500.
