I am Airtel customer from a decade. Airtel promised logetime validity. Now it says incoming validity expired. I recharged for Rs.399 for 84dayz validity but in vain. Again I received alert message saying to recharge at *121*51# for incoming validity. What type of business ethics is this. Airtel in hunger of its profits making customers scapegoat. Is this the way a popular company wide range networked company treat it’s old customers. Really feeling stabbed. Most of my friends changed to other networks, yet I stood on airtel. Airtel shall respect loyalty of customers and show some gratitude. Please resolve it at the earliest reversing my service to lifetime. My sim 9989353858.
