Can you define PREPAID
I have pre-paid airtel no. 98762 40945 and my account balance is 8055/- .I received a sms from airtel that validity of my no. will
expire on 3rd Nov 2018 It was great shock to me as airtel is holding my huge amount and my a/c balance is more than sufficient. I spoke to airtel customer care. Mr sunil at customer care replied to my question that this plan is initiated 7 days before by airtel.
I asked him how airtel can change my validity without consent . He was unable to answer my question and transferred my call to senior Madam Neha. She also could not reply to my query about this loot by airtel. I will move to media and consumer court against this loot by airtel and changing plans without the consent and any information to customer if I am not replied by air tel
