Due to very bad service by Vodafone-idea which I had been following up with them for last 1.5yrs I had finally decided to port out and move to another provider. I have decided to take this step post exhausting all the options offered by them. However since I am on a Family plan, UPC cannot be generated for my numbers due to which I had raised multiple requests with Vi customer care over phone, at store and also over email contact. But inspite of multiple follow up they have not changed my plan and kept on closing my request stating issue had been raised to concerned technical team. It had been more than a week now that Vi had not resolved my issue and seems like Vi do not want to resolve it and avoid me from porting out. This is completely unethical and against TRAI/ DOT rules.
So I as a suffering customer of Vi sick justice to get what I have rights for.
