I m holding Airtel number for more than 10 years. All of a sudden they changed the due date without any prior communication. Neither it’s mentioned over bill as changed or updated due date. Plus they are not addressing my concern and behaving very stubborn by closing complain on Airtel thanks app without addressing my issue. Nor they are responding over my emails. Rather they send misleading messages avoid my issue. Talking to customer care. She debate to her best but do not give any resolution
