I ported my sim to airtel yesterday and the person who came to port my sim made a big blunder my recording my wrong permanent address. I am trying to reach the concerned person but he has stopped responding nor making any changes to same. I wanted to add this no into my family airtel group now I can’t. There is no way out where I can even talk to the customer care.
