My old mobile number has been changed and would like to update my new mobile number. I have tried to update the new mobile number through Flipkart itself, however the SMS OTP was generated to my old mobile number which I am not using now. Because of this i am not able to return my products. From Jan 11 2023 i am following this matter with Flipkart and yet the customer care or Grievance team has not yet resolved the issue. The grievance officer (Abhishek)promised that even though the return period is completed, they will help to return the product. When i contacted customer care today they said they couldn’t help me with the return. Now i am having two useless products that i am unable to refund because of Flipkart service issue. Such a horrible service.
