I had booked tickets with Air India to travel from SFO to Mumbai. The tickets are booked for September. But before booking, I had called the Air India customer service to verify what were the charges if we changed the dates of the booking. I was clearly told that you can change the ticket dates without cost because of the covid times. So I went ahead and booked the tickets, now when I want to change the dates for my ticket they are asking me to pay 95$ per ticket to make the changes. They are big-level frauds, they just want to trap the consumer to make the payment. I have called them at least 15 times about this and nothing is done about it.
