This is for bring to your kind notice that My brother has booked ticket from the red bus app for his wife who is traveling from Bhuntar(Himachal) to ludhiana(Punjab) on 3 Oct 2022 at 2:48 pm.
He paid thru the upi payment and booked the ticket thru the red bus app only ,he got the confirmation msg and ticket on the register mobile no .
In evening suddenly he got the call from the bus service staff just 2 hours before the boarding time who called us to update that the bus is not coming to ludhiana as bus is going from some another route and will drop the passenger at Phagwara by 5:30 in the morning.
Phagwara is almost 35 km far from the ludhiana.
His wife is traveling aloan to ludhiana and now they have changed the drop location at the last moment and there is no another bus available as per their convenient timing.
If they inform us in advance regarding the bus route we can find out some another bus which is directly coming to ludhiana at the end moment we even can’t cancel the bus ,as they have to reach ludhiana by morning due to some urgent work .
I request you to please look into this matter and take some restrict action against the app so going further no one will get harass and reach home safely.
