I booked a ticket for chandigarh to delhi(1:15pm) from paytm at 7:30 am ,August 9 2023 of in the morning and they sent me the ticket and boarding details within a minute .it was stated that the boarding point was opposite of HP petrol pump but later at 12:55 pm a person called me and said that the boarding is from Neonatal hotel ,Tribune chowk.I talked with the person and he said that I didnt book the ticket at 7:29 am..and he said that its not his fault and he will be leaving the boarding point by 1:15 ..he argued with me saying that I didnt book the ticket and he left me there arguing and saying that he will not wait…
