Text of Complaint by Sumit Varshney:

I have purchased the Savya Home Beatle High Back Nylon Office Chair from Flipkart and when they have delivered it then i have assemble it and used it for 10 days to check whether its suitable for me or not. I found below issues in the chair:-
1. I am unable to lock the chair to any specific angle and the quality its so worst that there is a chance of falling from the chair.
2. The back lombar support is not of any use. initially i thought its like that only but when i check with my friends then found out its a defect in the chair. There is a gap of almost 6 inch between the lombar and my back.
3. Color of the seat was also not matching what i ordered.

The main problem which i faced was when i raised a complaint one technical guy from Flipkart visit to the see the issue and he also verified that there is some defect with the product but while raising the feedback he mentioned like everything was working fine and issue is resolved. I feel so betrayed at that time. so want to raise this issue because its not about the money its about the trust i am losing in flipkart due to some of these individuals.
