Below is the message threatening I got from the Cetron Data Services team “am legal adviser VIRAAJ CHAVAN .
I am calling from legal department you taken the work from CETRON DATA SERVICES you received 1000 forms but you didn’t complete your work as per rules already told you if your work is not complete then you have to pay admin charges 3400 and if you want cancel then you call to helpline or mail and pay cancellation charges within 24 hours if you will not pay then your agreement is consider as continue and complete your 1000 forms if your work is not complete then you have to pay admin charges 3400…
if you didn’t pay 3400 then we take legal action against you and once you receive a legal notice or FIR copy then you have to pay 15000 to 20000 in court so pay the charges and close this case ASAP…” please help to take action against them
Viraj chavan this person herassing me to pay admin charges for cetron data services I was intimated I won’t to do that next day itsself and he send this message Dear Sir/Mam,
scan the qr code and pay admin charges before 5 pm if you will not pay then we will proceed further legally and send you legal notice through our advocate once you receive a legal notice then you have to pay admin changes + notice charges above than 15000. kindly pay admin charges – 3400
As you have denied to close the case by paying the Admin and charges according to the contract which was signed by you. We have to proceed legally and your case will be filed in MP district court. You will be charged under sec 73,74 and 75 as per the Indian contract act.
