DEAR SIR/MADAM
im from kolkata my concern is Cesc related.few days back cesc cesc send me 7210RS bill.today i visited cesc office and ask about Bill regarding problem,cesc staff told me “i dont anything if cece send bill you have to pay exact account”. my cesc connection is new 11 month old.funny thing is my life time meter unit is 1818 and cesc send me September month 994 unit bill that’s amount is 7210.even last month bill amount 530RS that already paid.but this month cesc ask me 7210RS bill.please help me in lockdown my father lost his job.i dont know what i should do.please help me SIR/MADAM
