Trying to get me to pay for an old HSB card which was already been paid. They wanted 623.11. Told them I was not paying anything which had already been paid. HSB sold the account to another company and I paid them balance paid in full over 7 years ago. Trying to pressure me into paying cause they were going to make it a cibil matter. They wanted the money right now. If this was a legal procedure they would not call you over the phone. You would get papers delivered by the Sheriff’s Office. So this was a SCAM.
