I was given a call by Mytech zone to take out a cellphone contract on the first week of April,but to this day the phone has not arrived and they said it would arrive within 5-7 days of working businesss days. They have deducted an amount of R140 from my account even though they have not delivered the cell phone. This is starting to come out as a scam,I am a student and I need my money.
