Respected Sir/Madam,
We wish to inform you that one of the company is installing their tower very nearly to our home. These service providers and owner of that building is installing tower without doing any notice to the surrounding people. We all our neighbours want to shift that tower into other location like, vacant space or in a less crowded area, because tower radiation directly affects to surroundings people. And this is very close to residential area and also they are establishing tower illegally by neglecting all rules and regulation of telecom industry. This tower are installing without taking consent from our surrounding peoples.
You know the electromagnetic radiation these emit is very dangerous rays, this carries various diseases sleep disorders, fatigue, headache, memory loss, depression, hearing problems, joint pains, skin diseases, and even cardiovascular problems.etc. Excessive exposure to ionizing radiation can damage our cells and DNA, potentially causing burns, sickness or cancer. National Cancer Institute points out that “Radio frequency energy, unlike ionizing radiation, does not cause DNA damage that can lead to cancer. Mobile phones emit radiation too but they are smaller in intensity while mobile towers generate higher intensity of radiation 24 hours.
4G towers radio base station use ionizing radiation to transmit signals and too much of exposure to ionizing radiation especially for those in the vicinity of a tower is harmful.
We want to know that what is the limit of Radiation level of Towers in towns and villages.
Reliance Jio tower has too many tower in one city. What is the limit of maximum tower in a town of a single Telecom company and what is minimum distance of two tower of a single Telecom company.
What is requirements of documents to obtain a license to establish a tower in town.
What should be do if a tower has high radiation level then what is the process to complaint against that company and where to complaint..”
So please kindly resolve this with strict action and also shift that tower installing in other location so that small children, old people, hospital patients keep safe in this place. We are mentioning the place below where the tower is installing.Please look after this matters. We hope you take action from yours end as soon as possible.

On behalf of the residents of Patelnagar, as an apprehension to the life of residents living in hazardous situation, we are compelled to lodge a complaint regarding a Cell Tower in middle of residential area next to my house.
Certain aspects we shall put forth for your kind reference:
1. As a general rule, Mobile Tower Station has to be installed at least 150-300 meters away from the residential area, but in this case the concerned authorities while allowing to setup huge cluster of mobile network base station have violated the said norm by erecting the tower right in the middle of residential area. The harmful radiation been emitted from the said Mobile Tower are causing several serious effects on the health of villagers and are also acting as slow poison to human lives too. People living within 50-300 meter radius are in the high radiation zone and are more prone to ill-effects of electromagnetic radiation.
2. The electromagnetic rays are harmful in nature and are bound to cause serious damage to all and particularly infants, pregnant women and senior citizens are prone to serious illness. These health hazards could aggravate and there can’t be denial of the fact that this shall also lead to life-threatening diseases such as brain hemorrhage, cancer, etc.
3. In general scenario many people including several buildings, societies have objected and are refusing to setup the Mobile Tower at their premises considering the known harmful effects. Although some for the greed of money have ignorantly enabled to setup such a harmful radiating tower within the touching distance of children’s and all others residing in the area.
relocating the Cell tower away from the residential area.
