Cell # 9435074566 Dr Asha Chhajlani. –Very bad customer services. We paid 1 yr advance. No whereabouts of the deposit
Dear Airtel Computer ( there is NO HUMAN BEING IN AIRTEL )
I Dr Asha Chhajlani had paid 1 years advance PREPAID payment for
my cell #9435074566. But the phone did not get recharged .
We lodged a complaint with your Indore services Mr Shamsuddin.
We also sent mails on 121 to inform that Credit card payment had been done.
And sent the proof of the card statement. In the mean time we recharged 3 times in anticipation.
We have not received any direct communication from the company so far.
But were informed my your Indore center that the payment has been refunded back to the owner. Last week he said that the money has been received and it is being processed.
It takes AIRTEL computers 1 month to inform the client that the money has been returned. The fact is that all my enclosed Credit card statements will show that we have been billed Rs 1498/- and no refund has been sent to us.
There is NO HUMAN touch in this company. We are not able to get any one on line to tell our grievances. Computer does not understand all problems.
All credit card statements are enclosed to show that NO refund has been made so far.
Please tell us what to do. A phone call would be appreciated from a human being.
