I had purchased a candes ceiling with 2 years warranty on 17.04.2022 on Amazon. After using the fan almost after 1 year one fan is not working and I have complaint regarding the issue to candes through what’s app on 23rd July and I submitted warranty slip and invoice copy. But still nobody reacted or technician sent for resolve the issue And I have tried to contact to the customer executive but I could not connect. Candes is selling duplicate product and no support from customer care. People should buy candes product.
