On 18 January 2023 I went thier for screen replacement ( phone lenovo k13 pro) and they were not professional enough while replacing my screen due to to that they left dust particles on my camera lense, the fallowing day I went for then to clean it instead they broke my phone camera and give me back my phone without replacing the camera for me or at least refunding and compensating me. They even never reply to phone calls , initially they promised to replace the camera for me ( front camera) I am a foreigner so maybe they think that they can run out of it because I am not able to talk to them or yell like other costumers or they can use me
