Complaints Regarding Mobile Phone

In my WhatsApp somebody message me to download Alexandra loan app….he said that without interest within term of 90 days we got money….after that he sent me the download link….I had download it ..after installi.h…i properly fill the form …after an hour without my permission they had sent me 3500 and asked me to pay 7000 within 6 days…they are harassing me to pay…..they had extraly charged 4800 extra per 7 days…now he is asking to pay 12000 for which they have given only 3500……
