Zamówilam dres na HK ONEWAY.Otrzymalam jakąś szmatę towar nie zgodny z opisem.Wysylanie niezgodnego z umową towaru stanowi niewywiązanie się z umowy.Jest to kwestia prawa cywilnego,ale stanowi wypełnienie znamion przestępstwa z art.286& 1kk.Wobec powyższy wzywam do zwrotu całej przesłanej przeze mnie kwoty tj.139zł.W razie braku jakiej kolwiek reakcij w ciągu 72godzin,sprawa zostanie zgłoszona do odpowiednich organów.A […]
