Complaints Regarding Investments

I have deposited a amount of 60000rs in Parimatch site but they refused to credit my balance in my game account. They says that we haven’t got your money but i have sent all the proofs of payment such pdf bank statement and payment screenshot of phone pe. Please take action against this company and get my refund.
