Complaints Regarding Internet Services

It’s been 3 days my internet connection is lost and even after raising conserns, ticket and multiple calls to customer care my is not resolved from past 3 days, I want strict action to be taken as have wasted lot of my time in this inconvenience. plus there shall be some kind of compensation for my wasted time and efforts.
