Date of Transactions: 18/01/2018 Times of Transactions: 2:33 AM and 3:28 AM Amounts Transferred: 1461 Birr and 5200 Birr Recipient Name & Account/Number: Muzeifa Abdulkerim – 1000718622275 Description of Complaint: I transferred the above amounts via mobile banking to the account of Muzeifa Abdulkerim. After sending, I realized that these transactions were likely part of a scam. I request the bank to investigate these transactions, attempt to reverse or freeze them if possible, and provide me with a case/report number for follow-up.
