Dobrý deň, tovar ktorý som obdržala nie je to ,čo ste reklamovali na internete. Poslali ste namiesto rozmrazovania áut, vzduchovú arómu. Neposlali ste faktúru, jedine mám doklad z GLS o zaplatení dobierky. Prosím o vrátenie peňazí.
