CityGold is unprofessional, uncaring, discompassionate and intentionally blunt in coordinating with BookMyShow about movie-show cancellation & also not priorly informing Customer. as that is it’s utmost priority duty, that movie-show is cancelled and not returning Customer’s petrol and other trauma/harassment expenses along with parking charge, when shows are ad-hoc cancelled without any notice….
